OUR CLIENTS WORDS

I have been hospitalised on 15 October 2021. Vessel arrived at PortKlang on 15 October 2021 and you were there to pick me up with your ambulance and your team which included another Doctor who conducted my Covid test before letting me in ambulance. As you were not aware of my condition therefor your team put me on monitor for continuously checking my blood pressure in your ambulance.

After arriving at the hospital I thought your work was over but you were there till doctor carried out all my test such as Covid test, CT scan which took around additional two hours. After my CT scan they shifted me to isolation ward then you left the premises.

The next morning they shifted me to general ward where room was shared. I still remember the patient lying on next bed to me was vommitting in the toilet and due to that I did not use bathroom till that afternoon as doctor advised that i can be discharged and i was thinking probably after getting out I will use bathroom somewhere else to get fresh. You were there around 9.30 am and I was expecting to be discharged but my agent from GAC informed you and to me if I will be discharged from the hospital I hav to go for government quarantine facility for 14 days or I have to stay in hospital for remaining days till my vessel does not arrive again to PortKlang.

I decided patient on next bed was not well so It was really unpleasant for me. I explained same to Mr Dinesh and ultimately to you and you made sure I should be provided with single occupancy room.

As these I was not prepared to  stay so long in hospital therefore I did not had toiletries such
as bath soap and towel with me considering I will be back to ship. I asked Mr. Dinesh for these as I was not in position to go down and buy for myself. Next two days i waited for 1 soap and towel but nobody came and finally i have to request you and you immediately
brought much needed towel and bath soap.It was you who brought my bag to the hospital when you recieved it after 4 days although my bag  was offloaded on same day i have left the ship which gave additional supplies of clothes for rest of my days.

I am really thankful to your help and services, The day we were travelling to the hospital one of your attendant in ambulance told me how you fought with security personnel of the port to offload me from my ship as he was not allowing you to go to the ship even though security was made aware there is patient on a ship.

No matter how much i write will be less as I was literally in pain and you came as saviour to make me believe there are people who go beyond there call of duty to help others.
thanking you and my best regards
